Outreach Information
There are over 1200 legally blind adults and 100 legally blind children in Genesee, Lapeer and Shiawassee counties. Each year an additional 90 adults and 15 children in the area will become legally blind. The Visually Impaired Center shares skills and resources to enable people who are visually impaired to be as independent as possible.
