Honor and Memorial gifts are a great way to help the visually impaired while also giving special recognition to a loved one.
VIC will send a special letter to the individual or family members notifying them of your generosity and the difference that will make in the lives of the blind and visually impaired.
These gifts are perfect for times of remembrance or for celebrations and holidays including: funerals, memorials, birthdays, graduations, promotions, baptisms, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Grandparents Day, Memorial Day, Veterans Day, etc.
To make an honor or memorial gift please call our office at (810) 235-2544 or for more information email us at info@vicflint.org.
Planned giving can make a significant difference in the lives of the blind and visually impaired and can provide some great tax breaks as well.
These gifts could range from monthly giving plans to stock or mutual fund donations. Planned giving can also mean strategizing for the future and including the VIC in a life insurance plan, retirement plan, will or trust.
To further discuss these options with a VIC staff member please call our office at (810) 235-2544 or for more information email us at info@vicflint.org.
The Visually Impaired Center would’t be able to operate without support from local companies and foundations.
As a donor, your tax-deductible donation would significantly help the VIC continue to provide much needed services to the blind and visually impaired. In addition, it’s an opportunity to show your staff or clients that your company cares about giving back to the community and helping those who are faced with the loss of vision.
All major donors will be listed in our semi-annual Vision Newsletter. For those of you who are interested in gaining additional community exposure, we invite you to become a sponsor of an upcoming VIC fundraising event.
To make a major gift or get sponsorship information about the VICs upcoming fundraising events please click on the fundraising link from our home page, call us at (810)235-2544 or email Kylie Hodges at khodges@vicflint.org.
