In the event that an item must be returned the receipt and original
packaging must also be returned. We in turn must send the item back to the
manufacturer and without the original packaging they will not refund any money or credit to us.
We are a nonprofit agency and cannot afford to absorb those costs so
we appreciate your understanding on this matter.
